Practical Cookery & Leiths
Practical cookery is taught to every pupil in Years 7 to 9 in our state-of-the-art cookery suite, popularly known as 'Haute Quisine'.
Girls in the Sixth Form have the opportunity to study for the prestigious Leiths Introductory Certificate in Food and Wine. Throughout the course, which lasts five terms, pupils gain a vital life skill for independent living and learn to prepare a wide range of dishes to a professional standard.
